Tapak Senaman MDKT

My English teacher always told me I had a good imagination.
How would you like to be a described? Are you sexy.....funny,,,,clever ,,,n,,,kind?
I tried this exercise with a few other friends...Really ,,,they have to be friends if they are to tell the truth, because the ways in which we'd like to be described are insistently revealing about the ways in which we see ourselves.

Learn from your mistakes.
Life experience skills.
"there is no failure, only feedback.,,Even if its a really negative situation you,ve found yourself in, with time you'll be able to pick out things to learn from: personal  growth often stems from painful experiences."

Find the good in the bad.
Erasing self-doubt.
  • The saying "every cloud has a silver lining" is used to often there's got to be some truth in it...its about making a negative situation positive....for instance,...if you are stuck in traffic, enjoy the fact that you have time to yourself to listen to your favourite songs.....if your boyfriend can't see you on Saturday nite,,,be happy that you can use that time to catch up with girlfriends or to stay at home and give yourself a facial."
  • The way you describe past experience when talking about them with others can also say a lot about you...dont let negative thoughts longer than the situation itself..if you're always bringing bad experiences or past hurts into the picture,,,then thats what people will remember about you..... ..instead,,,,talk about what you look from the experience  and how its made you a better person.
  • For example,,,if your boss is in bad mood one day,,,you may think he doesnt like you or that you've done something wrong,,,when in fact they may have just received some bad news,,,,. ...so before taking it personally...ask yourself whether there could be another explanation for their behaviour...often they will be,,,.
  • Being able to laugh at yourself is also  vital. ,,,humour is a great pattern breaker,,....it shows that you can see things in a different light and not necessarily as a problem,,,its also a brialliant positioning statement,,,,you're telling others you've acknowledged your mistake but that you wont let it rule your your life...
